Remodeling is a big decision. You should understand the process, the price, and who will be working in your home before you say yes.

01 How long does the process usually take? Every project is different. A bathroom remodel may move much faster than a large addition or whole-home renovation. The scope of work, design decisions, material availability, permitting, and scheduling can all affect the timeline. Before construction begins, we’ll walk you through what to expect and keep you informed along the way.

02 Do you give free estimates and quotes? Yes. We begin with a conversation about your goals, property, budget, and expected scope. From there, we can explain the next steps and what is required to prepare an accurate project estimate.

03 What if I want to modify something halfway through? Changes can be discussed during the project. Before moving forward, we will explain how the requested change affects pricing, materials, scheduling, and the remaining work.

04 How are changes to the original plan handled? Any approved change is documented so everyone understands the updated work, price, and schedule. We do not want surprises showing up at the end of the project.

05 What kind of insurance do you carry? Our team is fully insured. Contact us if you need current coverage information or documentation related to your project.

06 I don’t live in Southern Illinois. Can I still work with you? Southern Illinois is our primary service area. Send us your location and project details, and we will confirm whether your property falls within our current service range.

07 What kinds of projects do you take on? We handle additions, interior remodeling, outdoor living projects, and other substantial residential improvements. Tell us what you want to change, and we will help determine whether the project is a good fit.

08 Do you handle the design, too? Yes. We develop the project plan with you before construction begins so you can understand the design, scope, materials, and expected investment.

09 Will I need to hire or coordinate other contractors? Our goal is to give you one team and one point of contact. We coordinate the trades and project phases included in your agreement so you are not left managing several separate contractors.

10 Can I provide my own ideas, inspiration photos, or plans? Absolutely. Photos, sketches, saved examples, and existing plans all help us understand what you like and what you want the finished space to accomplish.

11 How do I get started? Start with a call or project request. Tell us what you want to improve, and we will ask a few questions to determine the best next step.
